3. A section about the History of Bicycles
4. A section outlining the structure of Federal Funding for Bicycle Infrastructure
5. Sections describing the major national organizations surrounding bicycles
6. A section outlining the History of Bicycle Racing
7. Expansion of the glossary of Bicycle Infrastructure Terms and correct wikification of that article.
8. Expansion of the section on Road Bikes
9. Expansion of the section on Mountain Bikes
