The Velocity Tour 2008 Heliotrope Block Party was the closing event for the Velocity Tour 2008's visit to Los Angeles. Like the Bicycle Film Festival 2007 Los Angeles Block Party, it closed off the section of Heliotrope St from Melrose Ave to just south of LA City College.
