Scoops is an ice cream shop with an eclectic collection of home made flavors, including vegan ice cream. It opened during the first year that the Bicycle Kitchen was located on Heliotrope, and quickly became a standard place for volunteers and visitors to grab a bite. As the Los Angeles Bicycle District has grown, Scoops has become a popular hangout for Ridazz.
