The Los Angeles Bicycle Master Plan is a document describing planning for bicycles in the City of Los Angeles. It was first adopted in 1996, and appears to be scheduled for revision every six years. Alta Planning has contracted with the Los Angeles Department of Planning and the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to conduct the majority of research and drafting of the 2008 update of the plan.
