"I do what I want" is a phrase most often yelled by Rida Spook during bike rides and times of great excitement. This phrase is quite contagious and has an profound psychological affect of passers-by.

A typical exchange might go as such:
- You,"What do you do?"
- Spook,"I do what I want!"
- You,"What do you do?"
- Spook,"I do what I want!"
- You,"What don't you do?"
- Spook,"I don't do what I don't want to do!"

A variant of this call and response developed at RideArc, when Spook was not present and Mikey Wally was blogging out loud. It usually involves Alex and it refers to Hartwick's status as Handsomest Man in the World:

- Alex, "What do you do?"
- Mikey, "Hartwick!"
- Alex, "How do you do it?"
- Mikey, "HARD!!!"
