Donut Ride

The Donut Ride is an established ride starting in Redondo Beach, CA that has been happening since the early 1970's. It is known for its good turnout, exceptional road conditions and fast pace with the peleton averaging 20+mph once everyone is warmed up. The ride averages a turnout of 60 riders and has been occasionally known to attract Tour de France caliber cyclists.

The Ride starts promptly a 8am, many riders arrive a little early to nab an espresso before the ride starts. The route circumnavigates the Palos Verdes peninsula and usually incorporates several of the more difficult hill climbs in the area. It offers exceptional views of the Pacific Ocean, Catalina Island and some of the amazingly expensive homes that exist in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
