Council of N is a group of Westside social cyclists which organized in defense of Santa Monica Critical Mass. The group first met on Sunday, October 28th, 2007. Alex Thompson handpicked the first group. The groups meetings have been irregular and involvement has varied wildly. Council of N organized the Storm the Bastille ride to Santa Monica City Council on November 13th, 2007.
