Roof rack
These racks either clamp onto your car's existing roof cargo crossbars or can be combined with the manufacturer's own cross bars.
Hitch-mounted rack
This type of rack fits into a 1.5 or 2" trailer receiver. These racks can hold anywhere between 2 and 6 bikes.
Trunk Rack
This is a type of rack that attaches to the rear of a car by hooks and straps. It usually fits over a rear window.
