Brad House represents Los Angeles City Council District 15 on the Los Angeles Bicycle Advisory Committee. He lives in Torrance and commutes by bicycle to the Bike Palace bicycle shop in San Pedro. House has been instrumental in pushing a reluctant LABAC to draft a letter recommending that the Department of Water and Power lift its restrictions against bicycles during the annual Festival of Lights in Griffith Park.
