Bicycle Technical Committee

The Bicycle Technical Committee (BTC) is a sub-committee of the National Committee on Uniform Traffic Control Devices. It proposes changes and additions to the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices which contains all the specifications for traffic signs, including color, lettering, placement etc. Wanted a different bicycle model on the sharrow sign? A different orientation of the bike? A different helmet pictured on the bike lane signage? Need to apply for experimental signs?
